Why “Four Brothers”?
in 2017, one of my half-brothers committed suicide, and within 6 months our Black biological father passed away of cancer (though I would say he was “called home” in his grief, missing his son). It’s a tribute to each of the four brothers (three now living), each with different backgrounds, stories, and lived experiences in different family structures and situations.
As a leader across investment finance, silicon valley tech, digital, philanthropy and other verticals and being an executive coach, I thrive developing talent, helping folks grow their businesses, shape career trajectories and empowering folks for success. I will share some of the most career/personal setbacks (and the lessons learned), frameworks for success, with tangible story-telling, tools, and frameworks based on these different compositions of families and social equity. I have worked with some incredible leaders in the process of bringing this to you, to help lift people to achieve their best in professional areas, but also in their social impacts from the intimate to community.
It will be challenging in many ways.

The format of this 6 month training program is online, with access to each module as we progress. There will be pre-class work and homework assignments to help you develop in between classes to truly synthesize and integrate the information.

More personalized attention and focus
An additional video dial-in master class coaching call on the off weeks of the above
On a rotational basis, you will be able to talk about your goals, the classwork, ask questions, talk through your goals, get advice and receive it as everyone can learn from those that is in Spotlight
Some Spotlight sessions will have special teachers/leaders for the class topics
